1 handful of Spiral Pasta, cooked and drained
1 clove of garlic, crushed
0.5 can of Sardine in tomato Sauce(smallest Can for Ayam Brand)
Basil Leave or Parsley
Parmesan Cheese 1 tbsp
lime Juice from 1/2 small lime
Brocoli(cook al-dente)
Bacon Bits
1- Place pasta, garlic, Brocoli into serving bowl, spinkle with little salt.
2- Mash the sardine into the tomato gravy.
3- Top the sardine on the Pasta
4- Squeeze on the lime juice
5- Top with Permasan Cheese and Bacon Bits
You could replace the Sardine to same amount of Tuna in Olive oil.
Make great quick dinner when you feel fat.
Add on a slice of Pineapple will make up the fibre.
*Watch out the gravy/Olive Oil, and the portion of the pasta.
